Relum is looking for a Casino Support Specialist to join the Company's Casino and Operations Team.
· Conduct online monitoring and game risk evaluation
· Quickly respond to problems and suggestions raised by customers
· Conduct different types of analyses
· Improve methods to detect and eliminate various kinds of violations
· Conduct various types of customer-related activities on a daily basis
· Develop, compile and present reports related to risk analysis
· Manage clients’ requests and provide an appropriate solution
· Test casino games' views and functionality
· Add new games to partner websites
· Configured different providers to a partner website
· Create Casino Games on different Platforms
· Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
· Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to decreasing manual work
· Excellent analytical skills
· Good knowledge of Excel (General)
· Ability to work in different fast-paced work environments andquickly respond to changing situations
· Strongly developed decision making and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a team
