International Relations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic International Relations Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team.

Job Responsibilities

Be the primary link between the company and international service providers
Act as a liaison between the company and international service providers, ensuring clear and effective communication to streamline operations.
Proactively identify potential issues and develop effective solutions in collaboration with relevant teams, maintaining a problem-solving mindset.
Collaborate with various departments of the company to ensure the normal course of work
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing suppliers;
Provide a high level of service and implementation of requests from all providers, in case of problems, respond quickly, develop solutions,
Actively participate in the resolution of conflicts and disputes, maintaining a fair and balanced approach while protecting the interests of the company.
Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing key activities, performance metrics, and highlighting areas for improvement or optimization
Carry out risk assessment in connection with each cooperation, stay in close contact with the legal and financial departments
Implement and maintain the terms of post-conflict agreements and conduct active negotiations if necessary
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate manager.

Higher Education in International Relations, Economics or related fields
At least 1+ years of work experience in the commercial field
Proven Experience of negotiations and deal closing skills
Excellent knowledge of Russian and English, knowledge of another foreign language will be considered as an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS office
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Sales and risk assessment skills
Self-motivated professional with the ability to prioritize tasks and have strong time management skills
Reporting and analysis skills
Ability to work in stressful situations and high sense of responsibility
Positive attitude towards working both in a team and individually
