Casino Games & Promotions Communications Specialist
Relum is looking for a Casino Games & Promotions Communications Specialist.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful launch and integration of new games on the platform in coordination with providers and internal operational teams.
- Monitor game performance and functionality, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues together with providers.
- Take full ownership of game-related bugs, malfunctions, or release problems, ensuring quick diagnosis and resolution.
- Review provider updates and offers related to new game releases, fixes, or improvements, and communicate relevant information to internal teams.
- Support the technical setup and smooth operation of tournaments, ensuring that all games involved function correctly.
- Maintain communication with providers to address ongoing game issues, release processes, and operational improvements.
- Track and report game release statuses, technical issues, and resolutions in weekly and monthly reports to management.
- Ensure all tasks related to game launches, updates, and troubleshooting are completed within defined timelines and requirements
Job Requirements
- Strong constructive communication skills.
- Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken)
- Conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
- Experience working with ticket/request management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Attention to details.
- Flexibility and stress resilience in a fast-changing environment.
