•Identify customer’s goals and execute customer success plans (create a roadmap of activities to drive success)
•Identify and analyze market trends, competitors, and needs of your customers and then translate them into action items to be undertaken by divisions within the company
•Carry out market research and competitive analysis and translate them into insights
•Optimize customer performance through marketing and site optimization
•Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal balance between the client’s needs and those of the company
•Grow Revenue according to targets and KPIs
•Develop best practices for various gaming verticals and apply them to your partners
•Responsible for key customer success metrics, including customer churn and renewals
•Closely work Cross-departmentally with data and product teams on all gaming initiatives.
•Plan, execute, and track all promotional and other activities (including tournaments, bonuses, etc.)
•Present monthly/quarterly reports to C-level management and stakeholders on partner’s performance and growth
•Create educational content to help support partners within their journey through the platform, work on webinars, newsletters, and workshops
•Be in direct touch with partners on regular basis, and be the voice of partners inside the company
•Give the optimal solutions to all issues raised by the partner (to be done with help of other departments when needed)
•Carry out on-spot meetings/dinners with customers
•Other activities assigned by management
•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field• At least 3+ years of proven business development, sales, or related experience
•Experience in gaming industry will be considered a big plus
•Advanced knowledge of both written and spoken English and Russian languages
•Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive
•Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
•Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
•Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
